Your new company
Working with a well recognised regional construction firm who work across the residential, commercial & fit out sector of the construction industry. The contractor typically work on projects up to 10million.

Your new role
Your new role will be to manage the handover of a 24 unit residential project, just outside Bristol. The anticipated handover date is up to 6 months. The role will require and individual who is used to running projects up to 10million and working within new build housing is preferential.

What you'll need to succeed
You will require the skill set and experience to solely deliver a traditional house building project just outside Bristol. Evident upon CV will be required. SMSTS, CSCS + First aid as a minimum qualification.
