Quantity Surveyor - Construction - Civils & Groundworks Contractor

Working for a regional civils and groundworks contractor working on schemes across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia
Your new role
Working as part of the commercial team the main duties of the role:
- Contract negotiation
- Bills of Quantity
- Create accurate forecasts and budgets
- Assessing sub-contractors' and suppliers' payments
- Maximise revenue to the business
- Perform risk value management and cost control
- Develop relationships with client
- Subcontract management

Previous experience working in a similar role within Groundworks or Civils
