Your new company
You will be working for an established residential groundworks contractor that are seeking to increase their operational management team. The company have sites across the East Midlands however initial sites will include Derby Chesterfield and Mansfield. Your new role
You will be working as a Contracts Manager overseeing 3 or 4 sites simultaneously. You will have overall responsibility for operational progress and manage the site team to ensure works are carried out to programme. You will liaise with key stakeholders and work closely with the commercial team to ensure cost reporting and budgets are accurate. The role will require the successful candidate to ensure all relevant paperwork, documentation and permits are in place.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong understanding of the residential groundworks sector. You will have experience of working on projects for PLC housebuilders on fast paced sites. You will hold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and Health and Safety qualifications. The role will require site travel as such a Full UK driving license is required.
