A Global Organisation is currently recruiting an MRICS Cost Management Partner to join their expanding team in Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to progress quickly and become part of an organisation who values their employees and expand your knowledge through many sectors including but not limited to Commercial, Residential, Retail, Healthcare, Education, Public Sector, Leisure and Industrial.

Your new role
You will be account managing a team of 30 people who are dealing with key multi-million accounts and frameworks. You will help the team successfully achieve the required level of business development and profit growth. You will be expected to be able to show a high level of business development skills and have previously brought in new business and clients. whilst it is not expected for you to bring work with you, you will need to prove you have successfully built and maintained new relationships/business in the past.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have the ability to successfully manage teams of cost managers and support on complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner have a detailed understanding of JCT & NEC Contracts and strong track record in project management of projects from inception to completion along with managing a team to successfully deliver these projects, You will be MRICS Status, You must be driving to provide a high standard of work to your clients, and to build business by developing long term relationships. This role would suit someone who has been at this level before or an aspiring Associate/director level candidate who is looking to take the next step.
