Contracts Manager

Permanent Contracts Manager role, Nottingham based contractor, Sites across Midlands, Care Home Projects

Your new company
You will be working for a specialist contractor based in the Nottinghamshire area. The company have a strong pipeline of work based across a range of sectors, however the next few schemes will be focused around the care home sector. The organisation are growing very quickly and are in a position to expand their operational management team by adding a Contracts Manager.

Your new role
You will be reporting into the Director who oversees the commercial and operational delivery. The role will be overseeing up to 3 live sites with projects across East Midlands, Stoke and West Midlands. You will be liaising with clients and internal departments to manage the process from tender stage through to operational delivery. You will be tasked with producing programmes of work and cascading this to the site team. You will have a key part in ensuring the commercial targets of the projects are achieved. This is a hands on fast paced role working closely with care home providers and following company quality agreements closely.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong background in the construction industry ideally working for a contractor that has undertaken care home projects. However candidates who have main contracting commercial build experience will also be considered. You will also hold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid qualifications and a full UK driving license.
