Your new role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will act as a professional advisor, integrated into client projects across the region You will be commercial and contractually acute, preferably under NEC3 & 4 forms of contract, and capable of acting as a senior member of the commercial team on several projects. Managing Subcontractor procurement, administration, and cost forecasting. One of the main values this organisation holds is people development, being able to pass on knowledge mentor and advise other members of the team will be essential

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience of the NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract with experience of supervising and mentoring other members of a commercial team. Be commercially aware and skilled in reporting (CVR's, Project status reports, Subcontract Management, Procurement) Ideally, have experience working in the Civil Engineering Sector and have a full UK driving licence.
