Your new company
You would be working for an extremely reputable Civil Engineering contractor who have been established for over 30 years. They deliver within multiple sectors across the Civil division such as Highways/Structures/Rail and water to a wide client base. This organisation has very high employee retention rates and they a looking for someone who is going to be invested into the long-term vision on the organisation.

Your new role
Reporting directly to a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the control of costs, maximising value, procurement of sub-contractors, prepare and submit applications for payment and reports of profit and loss report

What you'll need to succeed
You will have relevant industry experience in a similar senior role working across all sectors for a similar sized main contractor. You will have good technical knowledge on Civil operations and can deal with issues. You will be commercially aware, analytical and have a desire to deliver. You will have excellent communication skills and are confident in negotiation and influence at all levels
