Social Housing Developer seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor in Ellesmere Port

Your new role

The role will be an all encompassing Quantity Surveying position. You will be starting on a new site where you will be working on big housing schemes. You will be working with clients like 'Clarion Housing', 'Jigsaw' and Laurus homes'. The role is a mixture of site and office based.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Quantity Surveyor with a valid CSCS card. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role. They will be methodical and accurate in their commercial management of projects. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with a range of clients and stakeholders while being highly articulate. You'll also need to be familiar with Building Regulations, NHBC and HSE requirements.
