Your new company

As a Property Officer you will be operating on behalf of the client in regards to property management and maintenance services. This role offers a fairly immediate start with the opportunity of an ongoing contract.

Your new role

In your new role as Property Officer your duties will include carrying out building inspections and surveys to establish what work is required to be carried out. You will also be required to maintain and update the property portfolio database.
You will also be expected to monitor works onsite, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with agreed objectives and standards.
Your role will involve developing and maintaining good working relationships including stakeholders, strategic partners, employees and external agencies.


What you'll need to succeed

You'll need to have a proven track record in property work and maintenance, with the ability to manage and supervise small and minor works projects.
You will need to be able to carry out inspections and surveys of properties and be able to collate accurate and informative reports. You must have knowledge and understanding of the Construction Design and Management Regs 2015.
