Your new company
A leading specialist of General Practice services to a sector specific market. Providing a first class service to its client is at the heart of all that this organisation does. They are market leaders in their sector, providing a "one stop shop" to their clients. Their services include, national rent reviews, market valuations, property sales and leasebacks, lease negotiations. Due to an increased workload a permanent Commercial Property Surveyor is needed. This role is homebased but with a national portfolio of clients.

Your new role
you will be responsible for carrying out rent reviews, lease negotiations, and market valuations for clients across the UK. You will work with a number of different clients on a variety of different cases at any one time. Your role will involve travel as your clients are based up and down the country. Work is sourced on your behalf by an internal Sales & Marketing team so Business Development is not required for this role. Whilst this role is purely home based there will be some training you will need to attend which will be in Sheffield.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be confident and driven and will have excellent negotiation skills, achieving great results for your client. You will have strong communication skills and be comfortable dealing with clients on a one to one, face to face basis in a professional manner. You will approach your workload with commercial awareness and have a strong customer service focus. You will ideally be nearly or a newly Chartered Surveyor.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary plus employee package which will includes an uncapped quarterly bonus the work you put in the more money you make! It is likely that on average you will receive a bonus of between £10k-£15k in your first year working for this business. This position is open to part time candidates along with full time, you will be working with a firm of professional Chartered Surveyors who are market leaders in their sector. There is clear a progression route through the organisation and they encourage and support further professional development.
