This is a leading National Housebuilder with a fantastic reputation for developing high quality new build housing in the UK, with a particularly strong reputation in the North West out of their Manchester headquarters. Due to continued planned works over the next several years they are recruiting for an Estimator.

Your new role
This is an Estimator job for a housebuilder. You will work with the land team to review possible projects, with the legal team to review contracts and with the construction team to estimate costs and budgets for large scale housing construction projects. You will manage the preconstruction process from working on plans, managing tenders from subcontractors, scheduling and costing supplies.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience of Estimating / preconstruction for a Housebuilder or a civil engineering / ground works firm in the Housebuilding sector. Ideally you will have a degree relating to Construction or a higher level qualification in the sector.
