Building Surveyor/Project Manager

Ongoing, long term temporary contracts for Building Surveyors/Project Manager working from home.

Your new company
Your new company is a private building surveying consultancy based in Liverpool who specialise in delivering construction projects in a multitude of sectors, including commercial, residential and educational.

Your new role
Your new role as Building Surveyor/Project Manager will require you to oversee upgrades on schools from inception to completion. Using your experience in a similar role, you will design, procure and deliver projects, using your excellent contractor management, CDM and budgetary management skills. Projects delivered under the JCT intermediate terms of contract.

Ideal candidates will be a confident user of AutoCAD and MRICS qualified.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you'll ideally have a degree in Building Surveying and suitable experience in overseeing similar projects, ideally in a consultancy capacity.

What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive an excellent level of pay and mileage allowance. This role is working from home and will require sporadic travel to sites for progress meetings and snagging duties.

The role will likely be ongoing beyond 6 months and could go permanent for the right candidate.
