National Property Coordinator

National Property Coordinator - West Midlands - Construction - £33-38.5k - Permanent

Your new company
You will be working for an International company within their construction and property team based in their West Midlands office. You will sit within a vibrant team of 5, reporting to the director and management.

Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting the team deliver on construction projects, including warehouses, and large capitol. You will be a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail, assisting the construction team deliver quality. Tracking the construction project fees, contractors, and processes, you will be supporting the National Property Director and National Construction team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong teamwork ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast past environment. Experience and knowledge of construction projects within the commercial sector is essential.
