Capital Project Manager - Somerset (Hybrid)

Long term opportunity for a Capital Project Manager to deliver high profile education projects - 2 years+

Your new company
As a Capital Project Manager you will join an arms length organisation who are partly owned by the public sector and who are responsible for delivering high profile education projects across the South West of England.

Your new role
You will take end-to-end ownership of large and complex capital projects, working across feasibility, planning and design phases before supervising and managing contractors on-site. You will work with a team of professional consultants in order to deliver your projects, liaising with both clients, investors and other stakeholders throughout to ensure of successful project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this post you will need to have a background and / or experience in the delivery of capital projects - ideally these will be within the education, healthcare or other public sector built environment sectors. You may have a background in Building Surveying, Cost Management, or Project Management on the contractor-side.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial contract with duration of up to two years initially, which is highly likely to extend further. You'll receive a daily rate of pay of £175, and will be able to take advantage of annual leave entitlement, statutory sick pay, and other employment benefits.
