This company is a market lead and renowned for supplying high-quality homes, they focus on hiring and developing the best in the industry. Your new role
As the new Assistant Land Buyer you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing the very best locations for new developments. You will need to be commercial, competitive and imaginative when it comes to identifying possibilities. This is an exciting, fast moving and complex role that really is at the heart of this nationally known company. You will be reporting to the Land Manager or Senior Land Manager, and will be directly assisting the Development Director and Land Department in securing adequate land to meet the needs and targets of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will be highly commercial, entrepreneurial and imaginative in your thinking. Ideally you will be a fantastic assessor of risks, and an even better relationship builder. Previous property or commercial experience is desirable.
