Project QS job for a Housebuilder in Manchester, leading large scale projects across the North West

Your new company
This is a leading Tier 1 Housebuilder with a fantastic reputation across the North West for building homes and local communities of the highest calibre. Due to continued project flow they are recruiting for a Project QS for their Quantity Surveying team.

Your new role
This is a Project Quantity Surveyor job working on large housing projects across the North West, with a focus on Greater Manchester. You will lead Project Cost Control efforts ensuring the project is built on time and budget. You will be responsible for the weekly and monthly reporting of job progress. You will process subcontract orders, and ensure variations and updates to the original budget are updated.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience as a QS at a Housebuilder. You will have either a degree in Quantity Surveying or other qualification in Quantity Surveying.
