Site Manager - Residential - Remote Location

Developer Requires experienced Site Manager to deliver high end residential project in remote location.

Your new company

Our client are a developer with an extensive pipeline of work in process over the next few years. They currently have two live projects which require an experienced residential site manager to deliver them. This role will involve living and working in a remote location but our client will pay expenses , travel and subsistence aswell as an attractive day rate.


Your new role

This role is a standard construction site management position. Your project is residential in nature with steel frame structure 90% complete and it is almost ready to start building envelope and moving onto fitout. Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for taking this project to completion using your extensive site management expertise within residential construction.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be an experienced construction professional with extensive experience of the delivery of high end construction projects. From a trade background and with an in date SMSTS , First Aid and CSCS you will comfortable running a challenging project and have confidence in your ability to deliver. Your experience includes working on several residential developments with a strong focus on quality.
