House Building Site Manager needed in Greater Manchester

Your new company
Due to rapid expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our construction team to work on a new build housing development. Within this role you will be working for a rapidly expanding house building business. To be considered for this role you will have to be an experienced Site Manager who has worked on high volume new build housing developments.

Your new role
You will need to manage the developments in accordance with forecasts and budgets and ensure its completed to a high standard. You will also be in charge of all site staff, making sure all employees comply to health and safety standards.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will have strong commercial experience and strong knowledge of construction processes. You will also need awareness of code of practices e.g NHBC. You will need to posses a SMSTS qualification, First Aid qualification and Fire Marshall training.
