Perm, full time customer service advisor needed. Hybrid working available (1 week in the office, 1 at home)

Working in our brand-new vibrant office which is situated in the heart of Manchester city centre, you'll be part of a team focussed on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. We offer a highly competitive salary package with a base salary of £20,000 per annum. This can then be boosted with a Bonus scheme and a shift allowance for any weekend working that you do. What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit anyone who has previously worked in a customer service type position, whether that be dealing with customers in a retail or hospitality environment, or maybe you've worked with customers over the phone.

As a member of the Customer Service Team, you'll play a vital role when it comes to offering a great service to our insurance customers. You'll speak to new and existing customers, making sure they receive a professional service. Through listening attentively and being the friendly voice customers expect, you'll be able to identify which Insurance products and services are best for them. It's a regulated environment, so there will always be a focus on accuracy. Are you someone who can:

  • Make sure customers are satisfied as you answer their queries and establish their insurance needs over the phone
  • Expertly guide customers through insurance policy details and keep their records up to date
  • Keep your product and industry knowledge relevant
  • Spot opportunities to give customers added value
  • Go above and beyond for customers, supporting them in finding solutions
