Based in a converted suitcase factory our client are known in the London market as an up-and-coming consultancy specialising in building consultancy, project management, valuation and development advisory services.

As Head of building surveying, you will be joining the business at a time where there is an increasing level of instructions in predominantly the residential space.  The successful incumbent will be looking to progress their career in a company that is striving for expansion whilst developing their service offering in new areas such as the commercial sector.

Ideally the candidate will be an accomplished Chartered building surveyor looking to step away from the big corporate environment where they can be more autonomous in their approach to working.

In this leadership position you will be mentoring the existing team whilst possessing the expertise and gravitas to help with the attraction of new clientele and servicing repeat retained business.
