Your new company
A well established Contractor based in Northamptonshire, specialising in projects across Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors. Most projects are small to medium in size ranging from a few thousand up to a million pounds.
Your new role
As a Project Manager you will be looking after up multiple jobs at once across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. Projects will vary from small local authority / NHS maintenance, new build sites, alteration and refurbishment projects. Working with the wider team you will cover the following areas:
Day to day Coordination of direct and sub contract labour, H&S, general site control, Client liaison, production of site progress reports, reporting and to and working with the Construction Director, QS and admin support
purchasing materials.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of site management across multiple projects at once, man management, project management, strong trade background, multi-tasking, regular reporting to clients and directors.
You will have experience across a various sectors and be able to understand the requirements and needs of each sector in turn. You will have proven experience of bringing in projects in time and budget.
You will also be a natural leader and excellent communicator.
What you'll get in return
You will get a chance to work with clients in numerous sectors meaning no day is the same, a generous salary up to £45,000, van and benefits. Working hours are 7.30am-4.30pm
