Working with a well-known and reputable company within the South West. The company work across a number of disciplines from maintenance, Facilities manager & Interior design to name a few. The company have recently moved in to more major project work and are looking to expand their expertise within this area.

Your new role
Your new role will be to help deliver a 5.2 million pound new build care home in Basingstoke, the client are a national client for this contractor so this project is essential to get right from start to finish. Therefore someone who is used to being client facing and delivering these type project is essential

What you'll need to succeed
SMSTS, CSCS + First aid. You will need to have an extensive experience in building care homes or apartments and be happy to work between Basingstoke and Bristol.
