Building Surveyor - Charity Sector - South West and South Wales

Due to a mix of a restructure and replacements, this leading children's charity is recruiting for a field-based building surveyor to cover the South West of England and South Wales area area. Looking after a mix of building types, including retail outlets, offices and children's centres, you'll be in charge of the maintenance (both planned and reactive) as well as condition surveys on the existing properties, looking at potential new buildings, project management of refits or minor works, and ultimately anything to do with the upkeep of the 100 or so buildings in your care.
You don't need to be chartered, just be able to show experience of working with a variety of buildings and covering all types of work from surveys to maintenance to projects. In return, there's a superb work / life balance and the chance to work with a friendly and supportive team.
