Assistant Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor opportunity in north Essex

Exciting opportunity to join a leading construction consultancy as an Assistant Project Manager. Working in their north Essex office, you will work within an experienced team of MRICS Quantity Surveyors and will benefit from receiving career development opportunities, including fully funded APC support (if required).
Your new role
As the Assistant Project Manager you will assist running predominantly residential projects from high-end bespoke builds to large new build residential sites. Clients are likely to include housing associations, local authorities and developers. As the Project Manager you will also take on Employers Agent responsibilities including the use of JCT and NEC contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will be required to have an RICS or CIOB accredited degree and ideally experience working with residential projects as a Quantity Surveyor or Employers Agent. Driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
