Internals manager/finishing foreman - 4 months work - Lewisham - Internals, New build apartments, immediate

Your new company
A Busy local main contractor, working on multiple residential schemes across the South London area. With several projects at internal stages they now seek an internals manager/finishing foreman to assist the management team on a 180 unit scheme in the Lewisham area. This is an immediate role with a strong likelihood of moving to other local schemes if successful

Your new role
As internals manager you will support the site based PM and senior site manager overseeing both internal and external elements through finishing stages, You will work with the company's tracker/snagging system to highlight issues, and address accordingly whilst at the same time managing your phase of works, ensuring health and safety etc You will be overseeing units at various stages from 1st fix through to decorating. The site is based centrally and easily accessible from public transport or car. The role is immediate and likely to last for a minimum of 4 - 5 months initially.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be process orientated, fully I.T literate and used to working on larger fast paced schemes through internal phases, you will have a good eye for quality and be comfortable working with progress trackers and electronic RFI software. You will have worked as an internals manager or finishing foreman previous and be comfortable committing to the anticipated 4 months duration.
