Site Manager

Your new company
You have the opportunity to work for a renowned housing developer in the East Midlands South known for their luxury residential schemes across the UK.
As an organisation they provide excellent training and support for all members of staff, enabling them to perform at their highest potential.
They are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
The company are a 5 star housebuilder with an excellent market reputation.

Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will be given control to manage the sites to ensure they run to schedule, with full support from higher level management.
Working out of the Leicester office, you will initially be based on a site in the East Midlands South.
The role will involve managing the work of direct and sub contract labour, ensuring that health and safety on site is maintained at the highest level.
You will also need to ensure build programmes are adhered to and customer care is a strong priority.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Site Manager in a similar organisation, with excellent longevity in your previous roles.
Experience with NHBC award winning sites would also be advantageous. You should be a strong communicator as this role will be customer facing on occasion.
You will have a strong eye for detail with the ability to hit the ground running. You will also hold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and Health and Safety qualifications.
