Your new role

Surveyor - Senior Surveyor Valuation Advisory

The successful applicant will be an MRICS Qualified registered valuer, the role will include advising major institutional investors, representing key lenders, and working with external asset management companies. The role will require a surveyor to attend regular site inspections, client meetings, report writing and generating new business streams. This organisation will offer a transparent promotion plan allowing for opportunities to be fast tracked to partner level.

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS Registered Valuer - Essential (Applicants without this qualification will not be considered)
• A prove track record of delivering high quality valuation reports for trophy commercial assets
• Experience of independently managing your own caseload of instructions
• The ability to network and coordinate with key clients and stakeholders
