National Property Assistant - £32-37k - Birmingham - Hybrid Working

Your new company
You will be working for an International company within their acquisitions team based in their West Midlands office. You will be working on large scale national projects, handling leases, services and site details.

Your new role
You will be responsible for maintaining data and representing the company on property matters. You will be expected to support the team, producing documents and reports, whilst assisting the team on ensuring the property portfolio is up to company and legal guidelines. You will need to be comfortable handling international and national property queries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a proactive and positive attitude, able to work within a team, possess high attention to detail and have meticulous organisation and effective time management as well as the drive to deliver quality. The work environment is fast-paced, and deadline driven, so the ability to work off initiative and under pressure is essential.

What you'll get in return
