A local authority with a range of ongoing projects within the leisure sector.

Your new role
As an Architectural Technician you will be required to job run a number of smaller scale projects across the Leisure and Hospitality sectors, ranging from small scale extensions to refurbishment and upgrades to existing facilities. The projects are envisaged to run for 6 months, but there may be the opportunity to extend or join the team permanently moving forward.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a job running capacity, with proven project management skills essential. You will possess good levels of AutoCAD skills, particularly from a technical drawing perspective, with any experience within the leisure sector being of particular advantage. Previous experience within Local Authority is beneficial but not essential.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available, with a typical work week envisaged to be 2 days in the office/on site, with 3 days working from home. You will receive a competitive hourly rate depending on experience.
