Resident Services Manager

Permanent opportunity for a residential services manager to look after properties across Greater Manchester.

Your new company
A large property investor in the North West looking to grow their portfolio over the net 3 year to reach 4000 units. This is a great opportunity for someone to look after their own patch and potentially manage a junior in the next few months.

Your new role
You will look after a portfolio of 400 properties across Greater Manchester. Your role will be to make sure the residents and their properties are cared for and maintained to high standard.
This role will require you to get involved in planned and reactive maintenance management and mobilisation of new schemes.

What you'll need to succeed
A relevant qualification and industry specific knowledge, especially within social housing. This role will require you to drive to sites, therefore a full UK driving licence is required and access to a car.
On daily basis you will be dealing with tenants, therefore great customer services and previous experience managing tenants is desired.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary with £4000 annual bonus, fuel allowance - 45 pence per mile, company pension and private healthcare. The team is based in Manchester, however the company fully supports flexible working arrangement.
