Project Manager – Associate Director or Director
London
An experienced Project Manager at Associate Director or Director level is required by a leading construction & property consultant to lead the overall management of a set of infrastructure workstreams on an iconic London landmark redevelopment (£3bn masterplan).
Ideally from a technical (for example engineering) background you will be involved in design, planning and delivery of packages of work including works to local highways, road bridges, utility trunk assets, tube lines and main rail lines.
The ideal candidate will be someone who understands commercial development and who has worked on the delivery of a large scheme. Direct infrastructure experience would be useful but isn’t the core element.
Experience on statutory approvals preferred.
