Job Details

Due to a mix of a restructure and replacements, this leading children's charity is recruiting for a field-based Assistant building surveyor to cover the Northern Ireland area. Looking after a mix of building types, including retail outlets, offices and children's centres, you'll be helping with the maintenance (both planned and reactive) as well as condition surveys on the existing properties, looking at potential new buildings, project management of refits or minor works, and ultimately anything to do to help with the upkeep of the 50 or so buildings in the area.
There's APC support if you want to get chartered, and you don't need any post-graduate experience either - just be able to show willing and enthusiasm for the work ahead of you.
