Senior Building Surveyor
London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol or Edinburgh
Leading independent Building and Project Consultancy advising commercial property owners, funders, occupiers and advisers on a full range of professional building surveying duties across mostly commercial and high-end residential portfolio’s, are seeking to appoint Building Surveyors at a Senior level.
As a technical expert you will provide prompt, commercial advice to property investors, fund managers, landlords and others. You will also act as an internal source of technical expertise and mentor more junior members of the team to develop their skills and to become chartered members of the team.
Must be MRICS.
