Your new role

You will be taken on as an Architectural Technologist on a temporary basis (minimum of 2-3 months) to produce design and technical information in support of a wide range of projects in a variety of sectors. In terms of scale, the projects are generally in the £3m - £15m and comprise both new build, remodelling and working on historic buildings. Type of Projects you will be working on many include Schools, Colleges, Cinemas, Theatres, Leisure Centres, Elderly care facilities, Commercial, Residential.
Working hours: Flexible (37.5 per week)


What you'll need to succeed

You will be an Architectural Technologist with 2-3 years post qualification UK experience a competent Revit user as this is essential. You will also ideally have experience working in the sectors mentioned above. You will need to be available for 2-3 months with the opportunity to potentially continue the work for a longer period of time.


What you'll get in return

As well as a competitive Hourly Rate (Subject to experience and qualifications) you will also be offered Hybrid working options: Staff asked to work from office 2 days per week. Monday plus one other day of choice. Other 3 days to be delivered from home. Flexible working hours available.
