Your new company
You will be working for a tier 1 contractor who are embarking on a new build school in Cardiff. The school is worth 22 million in value and is in the early stages. The company have numerous projects within South Wales

Your new role
Your new role will specifically to look after the M & E package and internals on the project. You will be reporting into a project manager and responsible purely for the M & E and some internal aspects on the project. Working and instructing sub contractors.

What you'll need to succeed
SMSTS, CSCS + First aid. The role specifically looks after the M & E function and therefore someone who has experience within M & E is essential. The project has 8 months left to run and will offer someone a good run of work.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a nice run of work for a reputable contractor within the South West. The position is within IR35 so the payment will be made through PAYE or Umbrella.
