Home-based Regional Project Manager working for a private landlord

Your new role
As the Regional Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planned works across the South region portfolio which stretches from Cornwall up to Essex. Planned works are likely to include roof and window replacements, external and internal redecoration and refurbishments/extensions. Minor repairs are dealt with by a separate team. You will be home based and expected to visit each of the c. 80 properties once per year. You will be given autonomy to manage your own diary and therefore wont be expected to travel daily. This is a thoroughly enjoyable role whereby you will interact with pub landlords, external contractors and stakeholders on a regular basis and will work with a variety of public houses including modern city centre establishments through to listed buildings in the countryside.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to be an experienced Building Surveyor and Project Manager. MRICS not essential. You will need a full driving licence and be able to work remotely. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and communication skills.
