Your new role
Your new role is site manager which will be number 2 of this particular project. The project is 22 million in value and a new build school.

You will need to consider

• Risk Management
• Control and manage prelims
• Site records and site diaries
• Manage sub-contractors
• Working with the project manager and design team
• Manage site labour and labour requirements

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to demonstrate the above bullet points, throughout a CV. Tier 1 expiernece is a preference but not essential.
SMSTS, CSCS + First aid.
Commitment to seeing a project from start to finish
