We have a very exciting opportunity with one of our biggest clients. This company is an international Property consultancy covering all levels of the industry. Our client is looking for a new Senior Project Manager in their central London head offices. This is a company that builds on it's decades of experience to provide their customers with the best possible results and service. They pride themselves in being one of the best property consultant based companies in the world


Your new role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be dealing with external consultants and other types of people from the industry. This role an exciting opportunity for someone to really show their skills and abilities in such an important position. This role involves: Taking charge of projects whilst being supported bur juniors and consultants, Leading meetings with clients, Taking control of conversations between the company and external consultants such as architect and engineers, Dealing with the administration side of construction projects and dealing with contracts, Writing up monthly reports of projects you are involved with, Being in contact with other members of the company who are in control of the project finances, You will be working out of the London HQ with a fantastic team that will drive you to do your best.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a Project Manager with our client a candidate will be encouraged to have: Bachelor of Science degree (in subjects such as Building Surveying, Construction Tech or Architecture), at least 2 years of experience after your RICS qualifications, a significant drive for success, willing ness to learn new things, have a good understanding of Key industry sectors (architecture, interior design) be a plus as well as having the ability to be handle multiple tasks at once.


What you'll get in return
If successful in the role a candidate will achieve: £60,000 - £65,000 per year (including car allowance), 25-days holiday, this job will also give you the opportunity to work with one of the best teams and companies in the property industry.
