Commercial Property Manager

Macdonald & Company are delighted to be assisting the Channel Islands leading commercial property agent, D2 Real Estate, in the appointment of a Commercial Property Manager. D2 Real Estate was formed in 2017, when the management team and a syndicate of investors bought 100% of BNP Paribas Real Estate (Jersey) Ltd. Following the MBO, they operate independently but retain their alliance with BNP Paribas, the eighth largest bank in the world. The Property Manager will be given their own portfolio of Prime Commercial Properties in the Channel Islands to manage. Along with day to day management tasks you will also be involved in ad-hoc rent reviews, lease renewals and mobilization of new properties. The successful applicant will be a Chartered Surveyor with a track record in the commercial sector.

D2 Real Estate`s managed portfolio has grown significantly to over £600m worth of prime office stock, including trophy assets such as Gaspe House and 1 & 5 of Jerseys International Finance Centre`s. The Property Manager will be given scope to take “full ownership” of their properties reporting directly to Clients and liaising closely with the Facilities Managers for their portfolio.

D2 Real Estate are a fifteen strong team with specialists in Property Management, Development, Valuation, Lease Advisory, and Investment Sales. The role will take a “hands on” approach in the growth of the portfolio, visiting properties and Occupiers on a regular basis.
