Your new company
Our client is a medium sized house builder from the East Midlands.
They are working on 35 unit site in Nottingham - and are looking for take on a Finishing Foreman for the next 5 months of the site.

Your new role
This role reports to the Site Manager.
Is a hands on traditional finishing foreman role, working on multiple new housing - all at the finishing stages at the same time.
Making snagg lists, taking photos of the work and ensuring things are completed to a high standard.


What you'll need to succeed
A trade background, either from a joinery or bricklaying background.
Have a keen eye for detail
Be hands on - but also prepared to deal with small amount of paperwork - mainly creating and working to snagg lists.

What you'll get in return
An immediate start.
Paid on hourly rate, either PAYE / umbrella or CIS
Long term 5 month role on 1 site in Nottingham.
Opportunity to apply temp to perm and have ongoing work in the local area.
