A well known interiors company based in Leicestershire who deal predominantly within the interiors sector and focus on partitions, mezzanine floors, interiors and commercial projects to ensure that clients are making the most of their commercial and industrial spaces.
Your new role
As a Contracts Manager you will be reporting to the directors and responsible for multiple projects ensuring they run smoothly, on budget and time.
Typical projects include industrial/warehouse racking/storage, residential interiors, commercial/office interiors including partition walls, fit out and refurb.
On a day to day basis you will be expected to check project dimensions, obtain quotations, program of works, regular reporting to customers, contractors and directors, budget management, time management and team/subcontractor management and leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have significant experience of managing multiple contracts especially commercial/industrial fit out. You will have driven teams on multiple sites to achieve the highest standards of work quality, health and safety and motivating them to finish jobs on time and budget.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep up with regular written and verbal reporting.
