Your new company
Our client is a Major Main contractor, specialising in New Build Schools.
They have a requirement for a Project Manager / Site Manager to manage some defects across several of the completes school projects.
Their office in in Nottingham, sites are UK wide - include a large one ion Northampton.

Your new role
Project Manager role, responsible for managing design defects and snagging across multiple completed projects.
Client facing.
Report writing
Programming
Sub contractor management

This role will include a lot of of travel - which is fully expensed.
Work from home also approved for non site based days

What you'll need to succeed
A strong main contracting background
Excellent communication skills
Client facing skills
Site management and sub contractor management experience.


What you'll get in return
An excellent day rate
A role paid either CIS / PAYE or Ltd Company
Outside IR35
A 9 month contract.
