Your new role
Due to sustained growth and success, this firm currently have a requirement for an experienced Project Manager to join their operational team in early 2022. You will join a family run construction firm who have gone from strength-to-strength in recent years, delivering a wide variety of projects. You will join them on a new RC frame apartment block valued at £20m+ and a small school build nearby. You will be required to work to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on quality, health & safety. You will be responsible for ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently, whilst liaising with clients and subcontractors.

What you'll need to succeed
A successful Project Manager will be able to effectively meet targets within time and budget whilst managing the performance of subcontractors and consultants. An established background in overseeing financial expenditure, particularly on projects valued over £20m, is essential in order to drive the project forward and deliver to schedule. In order to deliver these projects to the level required, you must have a flexible attitude to travel and commuting with a heavy presence required on site. An experienced Project Manager who has delivered high quality commercial and residential projects throughout their career will excel in this role.
