Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS)
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Salary: £50,000-£65,000 salary + car allowance or company car + highly competitive pension scheme + benefits

A design and build consultancy apart of a multi billion £ turnover organisation that deliver a variety of iconic Merseyside developments within the public and private sector. They work across public and private sectors on regional builds, utility and major infrastructure schemes. Current projects across Merseyside include a £billion city council mixed use development and an iconic city centre commercial project and multimillion £ healthcare scheme.

Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor manage the cost management and project management on various multimillion £ projects all within the Merseyside area. Working within a close-knit team you will be given autonomy to manage and deliver your own workload, flexible working from home and travelling to site when needed.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have experience in multimillion £ schemes in the healthcare sector. JCT and NEC contract experience highly desirable. You must be an excellent communicator and team player.
