Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 basic salary + car allowance or company car + highly competitive pension scheme + benefits

A design and build consultancy apart of a multi billion £ turnover organisation that deliver a variety of iconic Merseyside developments within the public and private sector. Operating across multiple sectors they are a leading business name in regional builds, utilities, and infrastructure projects. Current projects across Merseyside include a £billion city council development and an iconic city centre commercial project.

Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to gain exposure working across both the cost management and project management team of a highly reputable multidisciplinary on various multi million £ projects all within the Merseyside area. Working within a close knit team you will be given autonomy to manage and deliver your own workload, flexible working from home and travelling to site when needed.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have ambitions to become fully chartered whilst being capable of managing their own workload. Working with both public and private sector clients duties will include; estimating, cost planning, value engineering, valuations and contract administration. It is essential you have an understanding of working within a consultancy.
