Freelance Quantity Surveyor Nottinghamshire Main Contractor £20 million New Build Apartments

Your new company
Our client is a large Nottinghamshire Main Contractor - that is growing rapidly and has several new projects recently been awarded.
The have a vacancy for a Freelance QS to work on a £2million project.
This is a high rise new build apartment block.

Your new role
You will act as Project QS or Senior QS on the major project, reporting to a Commercial Manager and working as part of a busy commercial team - based in the offices in Nottinghamshire.


What you'll need to succeed
A strong Main contractor background, as Project QS or Senior QS.
Experienced on multi storey projects advantageous


What you'll get in return
A long term role, on a flagship project - 15 months
Follow on work
An excellent day rate - DOE.
Outside IR35
