Quantity Surveyor - claims

Freelance Claims QS wanted. Nottinghamshire Main Contractor Student Accommodation project

Your new company
Our client is a Nottingham Main Contractor, specialising in the Student Accommodation new build sector.
They are completing a large £20 million New Build Student Accommodation project - and have a requirement for a Claims QS to run the insurance claim on this major development.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the insurance claim for this busy flagship project.

What you'll need to succeed
You be a qualified Quantity Surveyor by background
You will have significant claims experience working within the commercial construction sector.
Qualifications in either arbitration or construction law desirable.
A Main contracting background with project experienced of over £10 million


What you'll get in return
A long term assignment -12 - 18 months
An excellent day rate - Outside IR35
Work with a major main contractor in Nottinghamshire, working on major projects.
Hybrid working / WFH available
