Your new role
As a Framework Manager you will develop relationships with councils and public sector organisations to be at the forefront of new tenders and framework bids. You will use your considerable construction background to ensure the bids and tenders are cost effective and suit both the client and contractor. You will responsible for financial performance monitoring, escalation/ resolution, continuous improvement program, governance, KPI reports, attending 1-2-1 Framework Alliance meetings and general administration of the contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked as a senior construction professional with a proven track record of Pre-construction and Bid Management, developing tenders, overseeing multiple construction sites and strong strategic management skills.
