Your new role
You will join the Highways Value Added Engineering Technology Team in Birmingham where you will provide advocacy, strategic guidance, research and development support, technology advice and project assistance to clients who wish to implement innovative and state of the art (or legacy) ITS and solutions.

What you'll need to succeed
You have a proven track record of delivery in ITS consultancy and/or design for a range of clients. You have knowledge of ITS, Highways England Technology Assets, Infrastructure, loT, Telco., IP technologies and their applications. You are an effective and confident communicator, professional in approach and presentation, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with business and client stakeholders at all levels. You are able to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure. You can demonstrate analytical, investigative, solutions finding, and problem-solving skills.
