Site Supervisor

Your new company
A fast growing and vibrant house builder based in Leicester who specialise in projects from residential extensions to new build sites up to 15 units.

Your new role
As a Site Supervisor you report to the Construction Director and will lead a team of trades people on site. You will use your trades skills and experience to ensure the build and finishing is to the highest possible level, identify and fix issues before they arise and motivate/drive the teams to complete projects on time and budget.
Projects range from house refurbs, extensions and new build developments.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Site Supervisor who has worked your way up through a trade/multiple trades and have a passion for high quality build and finishes. You will have proved team leadership skills, have taken multiple projects from start to finish and have excellent communication skills across the range of customers, clients, staff and leadership team.
